Gargyle by Brian Harkin; Marc Jacobs by Driely S

It's now officially time to kick off Round 2, which puts The Lower East Side up against The West Village. The former: best known for a casual-yet-sexy type of attire, thanks to store likes Spiritual America and The Reformation. The latter: casual-yet-ultra-luxe, courtesy of Marc Jacobs and Mulberry. So which wins? Cast your vote in the poll after the jump.

Update: The West Village wins! Tomorrow, they'll move on to the final round against either Tribeca or Soho. Stay tuned!
