Second Time Around's Manhattan consignment monopoly is well underway: the Commercial Observer reports that the chain's tenth Manhattan shop is headed for Stuy Town. A long-term lease has been signed for a location at 334 First Avenue, which isn't really all that far from the Third Avenue outpost.
Real estate exec Darell Handler explained that "the density of the residential population in Peter Cooper Village and Stuy Town really drove this deal." STA's Bravo show Fashion Hunters probably didn't hurt, either.
