North Carolina-based Sync Studio will open the doors of their first New York studio today. Offering both high-intensity cycling classes and alignment-focused yoga sessions, the studio is somehow the first in the area to combine both cultish fitness regimens in the same non-gym setting. Yes, an underwater cycling class launched before a studio that has both cycling and yoga.

Notably, Sync chose to open in Williamsburg, which is seeing an influx of trendy exercise options, including a SoulCycle, slated for May, and something called Megaformer. It might be the most affordable of all of the boutique fitness practices, though: two weeks of unlimited classes come at an introductory rate of $35. And in keeping with the tradition of 2013 health trends, the newcomer will be stocking product from The Juice Press in the near future. Cycle, stretch, juice, repeat.
