With plans announced this week for Herald Square and Williamsburg, Urban Outfitters has one more store in the works for New York City. The most recent news lands the retailer at 180 Broadway in the Financial District. This advantageous location positions UO next to the new Fulton Street Transit Hub, and right around the corner from the upcoming Brookfield Place. Changing neighborhood demographics, foot traffic, shopping and dining arrives in droves? Check, check and check.

The store in question will ring in at 21,000 square feet and spread over four floors, including a lower level. Also coming to the building: a 600-bed dorm. That's essentially live-in customers for the retailer. Nice work, Urban.
