Necessary Clothing just got its sixth Manhattan store, and it's first that's not on Broadway. The chain has just opened a shop at 261-263 Canal Street, which is between Broadway and Lafayette. WWD notes that "the first retailer to open on Canal Street since New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg announced efforts to clean up and commercialize the street." [WWD]
