Plans for the new retail concept at Herald Center have been revealed, and by the looks of it, it'll be a lot less bleak than it is now. One of the building's architects explains that the "black glass that was put on in the '80s" will be removed in favor of glossier windows. Perhaps a big name like Topshop isn't out of the question.
