First came the food, then the fashion, and now a barbershop. Chelsea Market gets its very own old-school grooming spot this spring, with limited appointments beginning this Thursday. Once the shop is fully operational, owner, and ex-F.S.C. manager, Thorin Decatur will accept drop-ins as well as appointments at his namesake shop, Decatur & Sons.
Located at 95 Ninth Avenue, NY Mag reports that you can, "expect all the trappings of other salons," including, "reclaimed-wood stations, Ursa Major–stocked marble shelves, $45 straight-razor shaves." We anticipate some sharp looking guys chowing down at The Lobster Place this spring.
