For an early edition of Critical Shopper, Alexandra Jacobs checked out the new Pucci boutique uptown. She writes: "Passers-by are greeted by a big sculptural smooch. Those enticed inside will pad over plummy carpet and recline on a big lavender sofa. The dressing rooms are roughly the size of studio apartments. And the clerks treat even commoners like contessas."
