Furthering proof that Williamsburg is the Tribeca of Brooklyn, upscale home furnishing store Karkula is leaving its space at 48 Walker for 98 S. 4th Street. The new showroom, formerly a garage space, opens Monday and features a rooftop garden. [Tribeca Citizen]
