Next week, we'll introduce our very first installment of Racked Fit Club—monthly free fitness classes at some of the city's best gyms, hosted (but not taught) by us. The tradition started in LA, spread to Boston, and now, it's here.
Our first class will be held at Exceed Physical Culture at 1477 Third Avenue on the Upper East Side, next Friday, December 13th, at 6pm. The class is a combo of kettle bells, TRX suspension training, jump ropes, and more—and we have 15 reader spots to fill.

From the gym's website, a summary of the Exceed Class: Exceed Physical Culture's proprietary group fitness class uses a unique combination of highly effective fitness tools to greatly improve individual strength and endurance, such as TRX suspension training, kettlebells, medicine balls, BOSU balls, jump ropes, Concept2 rowers, Tabata method, high intensity interval training (HIIT), bodyweight exercises—and whatever other tools the instructors feel inspired to throw in on a given day. The Exceed workout is constantly evolving to incorporate the most effective combination of moves appropriate for guests of all fitness levels."
We'll be accepting participants on a first-come, first-serve basis. Those who send emails after the first 15 have been received will be put on a wait list. If more slots open up or someone cancels, we'll contact those on the wait list in the order the emails were received.
