Maison Ladurée's Soho location is slated to open mid-January, complete with a full-on restaurant, a pastry shop, and a beautiful outdoor seating area. Leading up to the debut, we'll be posting exclusive behind-the-scenes peeks at exactly what's going on at 398 Broadway. Today's installment: the pastries.
