Loehmann's filed for bankruptcy yesterday, and now it sounds like they will go the liquidation route.. Court papers state: "The debtors arrived at the decision to shut down their retail operation very reluctantly. However, a liquidation of the debtors' entire retail operation is the best solution for maximizing stakeholder recovery." Two of the retailer's biggest creditors are Spanx and Juicy Couture. [NYDN]
