Last month, Givenchy CEO Sebastian Suhl noted that an "uptown Manhattan" storefront would be part of the French brand's major retail push. Now the store has an address: 747 Madison Avenue, right next to the new-ish Alexander McQueen store. Previously, Givenchy occupied 710 Madison Avenue, but shuttered that boutique in 2008.
The new store will encompass 2,800 square feet in a double-height space complete with mezzanine. The brand agreed to a 15 year lease and is targeting at holiday 2014 opening date.
