Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Despite today's forecast, the time will come when we are once again able to expose our collar bones and bare our arms. Get prepared for that day with the Dannijo sample sale, which just opened to the public. When we arrived this afternoon for the friends and family preview, the crowd was sparse—probably due to the weather—and the merchandise aplenty. Prices are color coded, and range from as low as $25 all the way up to $500 for the statement pieces.

Staring with the cheapest items, there are buckets full of metallic rings in copper, gold, and silver for $25. Also, be sure to check out the table in the entrance before you enter the main room, where we spotted lots of tribal cuffs for $50, as well as rope necklaces for $50, and Ryan bags for $50 in assorted styles.

Once you enter the main room, it gets pretty intense. There are a bunch of signature bib necklaces, including the collar styles. All bib necklaces are $250 unless marked otherwise. Evil eye bracelets, for $75, seemed to be in good number, but they were getting hit pretty hard.

Immediately to your left, they're be a table with small buckets full of metallic rings, Coco rings for $100 (which appeared to be dwindling), and assorted earrings. Clip-ons and regular styles are available, and prices range from $50 to $200.

There's also a single bucket of silk tops priced at $100, and a few really cute colorblock stingray wallets, also $100, in red and pink by the checkout register. We spotted a single gorgeous black stingray messenger bag, marked down to $250.

The sale runs until 8pm tonight, and picks back up again from 10am to 7pm at 419 W. 14th Street tomorrow. See the gallery above for more photos.— Esther Levy-Chehebar
