Gant Rugger's brand new Williamsburg store is here, located smack dab on the corner of N. 6th and Berry. The store concept centers around a "Tasting Table," and the layout includes a working kitchen, an outdoor garden in the back, and bistro-style seating throughout the store. Why's that? The press release explains that the concept "coincides with the launch of the company's fall/winter 2013 Brooklyn Luxè collection and campaign featuring local food and spirit collaborations with Brooklyn based Kings County Distillery, Brooklyn Salsa Company, and The Sussman Brothers.
The opening is the second big piece of Williamsburg retail news in the last two weeks: Sandro's first store in the neighborhood, also located on N. 6th Street, opened last month. Another Gant Rugger is headed for Boerum Hill, with plans to arrive by the end of November.
