Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.
Welcome to Racked's weekly agenda: a rundown of the best sales, store events, pop-up shops, and more over the next seven days. This week's highlights include a ton of sample sales, from Christian Louboutin to Phillip Lim. Also on the calendar this week is a special event at Tibi and a curated Thierry Mugler collection at Resurrection Vintage. Click through to see them all, and keep checking back—we'll update the list as new events come in.
Monday
The Dolce & Gabbana sample sale begins today at the Metropolitan Pavillion, with a discount of up to 90% off women's and men's clothing, shoes, and accessories. See the full list of sale hours here.
Tuesday
Doors will open to invited guests of the Christian Louboutin sample sale today (Monday was reserved for VVIPs). As always, you have to be on the list to enter, but we've heard plenty of stories of people making it in toward the end of the sale. Hours still haven't been revealed, but the address is 306 W. 38th Street.
Or, head to the C. Wonder sample sale at 260 Fifth Avenue, where home goods, jewelry, and clothing is marked down up to 75% off. Hours can be found in the dealfeed above.
The Tibi boutique at 120 Wooster Street is hosting a "Cleanse-Your-Closet" event from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. All Tibi merchandise will be 25% off during the event, and the store will also be accepting donations of gently worn items to sell on consignment with Vaunte. A percentage of the proceeds will benefit Dress for Success. See the Facebook invite here.
Thursday
Take your pick, because the Phillip Lim, Aloha Rag, and Rachel Zoe sample sales all start today. Dealfeeds for all three can be found here, here, and here.
Resurrection Vintage will debut a collection of Theirry Mugler clothing and accessories today, called Style & Structure. The merchandise, which will be for sale exclusively at the New York store and online, will include signature suiting designs, cocktail dresses, and gowns from the 80s through the 90s.
