Whole Foods Gowanus, at the catchy intersection of Third Street and Third Avenue, looks to be nearing completion. The grocer is aiming for a "late 2013" opening, and in the mean time has been very active on social media with not only a store-specific Facebook page, but also Twitter, Tumblr, and Instagram accounts dedicated to the new unit.

Here are some images taken this weekend of the store's progress. Note the grand rooftop (future site of The Roof beer bar and a Gotham Greens-run farm) and the enormous, covered parking lot.
