Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.
Introducing What's In Store, a new Racked feature where we fill you in on what's in stock at the city's best stores right this second.
Zady, an online retailer that launched at the end of this past summer, has opened its first brick-and-mortar location for the holidays: a pop-up shop inside the somewhat unlikely location of LaGuardia Airport's Delta terminal. The company specializes in quality lifestyle products (everything from sweaters to fruit bowls) from established designers like Clare Vivier and Pendleton, as well as brands from farther corners of the world—handstitched socks from Nadzhida come all the way from remote regions of Tajikistan in Central Asia.
The shop will be open seven days a week through January 4th, from 6am through the final daily departure. Click through for a handful of products on the shelves now if you're planning a trip soon, or head straight to the site to scope out the souvenirs without leaving your apartment.
