Proenza Schouler's second store in Manhattan and first downtown will arrive today. The boutique, located at 121 Greene Street, shares an address with Warby Parker, and takes up two stories of retail space. According to WWD, shoppers "enter through an antechamber that also houses the window display," which is followed by a sensor-activated sliding glass door.
Other amenities include a large skylight, marble walls, a gunmetal screen in the back of the store, and a glass canopy. In comparison to the Madison Avenue store, WWD says it's "larger, lighter and sleeker." The shop carries the womenswear collections, accessories, and a healthy selection of footwear.
