The painting that Banksy bought from Housing Works, altered by adding a Nazi, and donated back to the thrift shop on East 23rd Street is currently going for $310,400 on an online auction. So far there have been 112 bids, with a starting price of $74,000. Proceeds from the auction, which ends tonight at 8pm, will go toward Housing Works and their mission to "end the dual crises of homelessness and AIDS."
