Bras Start at Just $5 at the Jenna Leigh Sample Sale

The Jenna Leigh sample sale, located at 136 Madison Avenue, delivers on its promise of 50% to 75% off lingerie and intimates. The two-day sale began today , and offers good deals on lingerie sets and sleepwear.

The sale also includes two racks of deeply discounted bras and underwear from several other brands. These bras are all $5 and the panties are $3. And of course, if you're willing to dig through the six or seven cardboard boxes on the floor, you can find more of each, along sporty printed camis sorted out by size small, medium, large and extra large. Jenna Leigh has its own box on the front table with all panties priced at $10 and thongs for $7.

Although the space is a little tight, the two main walls boast a beautiful collection of lace and cotton lingerie sets, some nighties, and a few lingerie skirts. The grey nightie, available in medium and large, is $34, and the black version has a few smalls left as well.

Keep your eyes peeled for the adorable Majorca romper for $35 (down from $110) and the Majorca bra ($20) and pantie ($10) set. There are tons of cute demi bras, specifically the Malawai demi for $45—55% of its retail value.

The selection of merchandise is really worth checking out, but beware—there only seemed to be a few of each size, although one of the sales associates are more than happy to check the back for you. Bra sizes range from 32A to 35F and you can try on merchandise in the dressing room out back. They will not be restocking, and sale ends tomorrow at 6:30 pm.—Esther Levy-Chehebar
