A Local Artisan Guild Is Coming to Sunset Park

Industry City, an industrial, office, and retail space hybrid in Sunset Park, has a concept in the works called The Makers' Guild. The program will ultimately be a space where artisans can create their products on site, in view of the public, as well as sell to them directly. (Everyone from potters to glassblowers to watchmakers to textile weavers will be included.) Additionally, the Guild will offer classes and workshop spaces for anyone who gets inspired while checking it out. The location is currently home to Fashion Week Brooklyn.
