COBBLE HILL—Sephora is so pumped to open in Brooklyn that they're advertising all over the borough. The above signage was spotted on the corner of of Warren and Court Streets in Cobble Hill; the store plans to open in Downtown Brooklyn at 210 Joralemon Street on Friday, November 1st—with lots of freebies.
