SoulCycle's New 101 Program Will Teach You How to SoulCycle

SoulCycle recognizes that it is kind of terrifying. Heart-blasting cardio, by candle light, with sexy people (models! Jake Gyllenhaal!)—it can be a lot for someone who hasn't been on a bike since childhood, or gotten their heart rate above what it takes to climb the subway stairs. To combat SoulCycle fear, the indoor spinsation is introducing a new program to teach the basics.

SoulCycle 101 is three 60-minute classes that teach bike setup, form, and have two to three instructors for extra student attention. The first series launches November 9th at the East 83rd Street and Soho studios. The bundle costs $85 and you can sign up by e-mailing soul101@soul-cycle.com.
