Charming Charlie is making its claim to the New York retail scene with the announcement of its new Fifth Avenue shop. Flanked by Grand Central and the main NYPL branch, this accessories behemoth knows how to pick good neighbors. According to the Observer, the 445 Fifth Avenue space will host 15,500-square-feet of fashion accessories, shoes, bags, and watches arranged by color.
