Bloomingdale's has added a plethora of luxury brands to its flagship in recent years, tacking on Gucci, Louis Vuitton and Prada accessory shops most recently. The influx of premium designer shops within Bloomingdale's are overwhelmingly leased spaces where the brand has full control of the zone within the department store's square footage.
