UPPER WEST SIDE—Ritz Camera on Broadway between 88th and 89th Streets is expected to close sometime before the end of October. As it turns out, the shuttering has nothing to do with the store's recent relocation from one side of the street to the other: Ritz has declared bankruptcy for the second time, and has begun liquidating all of its stores. (Five will reopen in November under new management, though none are in the Tri-state Area.) As of now, the discount is up to 40% off. [West Side Rag]
