Publicist Lynn Tesoro has filed a lawsuit after Sunday's Zac Posen slapping incident. The PR vet, who has worked with Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein and Giorgio Armani, found herself facing the wrath of Jalouse magazine's Jennifer Eymere after a seating mix-up. Eymere not only smacked Tesoro in front of witnesses; she also bragged about it to Women's Wear Daily, claiming "Now you know you don't f--k with French people."

Now, the Daily News reports that Tesoro is suing for $1 million, claiming "assault, battery, emotional distress, slander and/or libel." We're seriously hoping her legal documents include the phrase "Now you know you don't f--k with New Yorkers."
