It looks like the East Village's resident topless woman took a stroll uptown to Lincoln Center this afternoon. WWD tweeted that a bare-chested female was standing around the tents today, to which Joe Zee jokingly retweeted: "Oh that's the blogger Emperor's New Clothes." [Twitter]
