Sue Molnar has answered to many titles over the course of her athletic life: high school cheerleader, aerobics instructor, and now master trainer at SoulCycle. But if there's one description she identifies with most, it's "rock chick." She explains: "I love to teach theme classes where I get to focus on one artist. My favorites have been Bruce Springsteen, Pearl Jam, and The Who. Also, when Michael Jackson died, I did two tribute rides to him, which were two of the most memorable classes of my entire career."
When she's not teaching, Sue's airborne. She's been a stewardess since 1987 and worked for United Airlines for 22 years. This August, she's turning in her wings to focus entirely on spinning. "What's so great about SoulCycle," she says, "is that it kicks your ass but doesn't seem like exercise because it's so fun."
