As our search for New York City's hottest trainer speeds up, we're moving to two profiles a day. Once you've gotten to know everyone, we'll host a March Madness-style showdown in which you get to vote for your favorite. Let the games begin!

If you've taken a beginner's yoga class at Bikram Yoga, then you've probably met instructor Trey Griley. If you haven't, then you've most likely seen him on the Bacardi billboards that are currently plastered around the city. Our tenth contestant, Trey discovered Bikram Yoga in Miami Beach back in 2002. Seven years later, after relocating to New York City and practicing on-and-off, Trey taught his first class at the Lower East Side studio.

Now, he teaches at three different locations, and encourages his students to work on both their mental and physical flexibility during his classes. Since our balance is questionable, we asked Trey to share his best yoga tip. He explains, "According to my guru the path to self realization starts with learning to lock your knee. So when students come take class, I advise them to use their concentration, determination, will power, faith, and patience and begin the journey to a locked knee." And you thought it was just about not tipping over.
