WEST VILLAGE—The folks over at the Whittemore Salon on Grove Street shared a few beauty tips with The Cut. While there was a substantial amount of product dropping, one thing they weren't shilling was shampoo. Dirty hair has become a point of pride amongst the salon's stylists, so much so that one of the cutting apprentices has just given up on washing his hair altogether: "I never shampoo my hair. I like the way it makes it feel dirty." [The Cut]
