The neighbors of Tiffany's incoming Soho store have filed a lawsuit complaining about loud, poorly timed construction work on the site. Reports the Post, "Residents of 104 Wooster St. say contractors for the legendary jewelry store have been making their lives hell—doing construction work they're not allowed to do, and at hours they're not allowed to work." They're looking for a court order putting an end to the illegal construction, plus $250,000 in damages. [NYP; Previously]
