SOHO—:Next Tuesday, July 10th, New York-based online shop Feminin Rascal is hosting a pop-up shop that doubles as a sample sale. Hard-to-find European pieces will be up to 65% off, with Aperlai shoes going for $495 (they usually cost between $800 and $900) and Jane Carr scarves going for $195 (down from $308.) You'll also be able to find new merchandise, some of it marked 10% off. Check out the slideshow above for a sense of the selection. The sale runs 8am to 8pm at 379 Broome Street Between Mulberry and Mott. [RackedWire]

WEST VILLAGE—High-end boutique A Man and a Woman has closed its Christopher Street store. One tipster hears there were "issues with the building," but we'll try to find out more—like whether they plan to re-open elsewhere. [RackedWire]
