FORT GREENE—This Sunday, the Dekalb Market will host an all-day yoga extravaganza with Pop Up Yoga NYC. There will be two free, hour-long classes with live music at 11am and 4pm, and the first ten attendees at each class will receive a free mat. In between classes, check out the massages and acupuncture that will be offered throughout the afternoon, and stop by the Organic Avenue, Sprout Skincare, and Vita Coco Water vendor booths that will be setup nearby. SOHO—If you can't wait until Sunday, head to Coco-Mat in Soho this Thursday at 6pm for a free yoga class taught by Shanti Hauptmann. If you're interested, RSVP in advance at soho@coco-mat.com, on their Facebook page, or by calling them at 212-431-2626. It's B.Y.O.M, which of course means bring your own mat, since Coco Mat is a mattress store—not a yoga studio. [RackedWire]
