Cobble Hill bistro Bar Tabac throws a block party on Smith Street every Bastille Day, and each year, the crowds come out to celebrate with pastis drinks, live music, and the French bowling game petanque. This year's festivities actually constituted the biggest petanque tournament in North America, which is interesting if you like petanque trivia, but we're more concerned with what people wore.
