Yes, Old Navy's Houston Street Billboard Does in Fact Light Up

If you thought Old Navy's massive billboard on Houston Street couldn't get any tackier, think again. Bowery Boogie snapped the above photo of what the sign looks like when it's lit up, and let's just say it appears to be borderline blinding. In case the bulbs are too distracting to tell, the sign's purpose is to advertise the new Old Navy on Broadway, which is probably easy enough to spot with or without the neon.
