Old Navy is making damn sure everybody knows about their Broadway store with a gaudy new billboard on Houston Street. Done up in carnival brights and bearing the barker-esque slogan "Come fun, come all," the signage dominates the roof of the Bank of America on the north side of the street. As Bowery Boogie points out, that used to be Aldo territory, but the shoe chain recently jumped to a better billboard location above the BP gas station.
