New York City has more stores than anyone could physically tackle, but somehow we always keep returning to the usual suspects. To break out of the rut, we've asked some local shopping and fashion gurus to provide their hidden retail gems—those unique stores around our fantastic city that we might not all know about. Cue the Beatles: We're about to get a little help from our friends.

Jayme Cyk is an editorial assistant at WWD Beauty Inc., a business-based monthly magazine that comes out with the Friday paper. In her role, Cyk attends beauty events, digs through new product launches to find any beauty game changers, and writes stories like "Shopper Stalker," "The Beauty Opener," and "Launch Window." As a fashion lover at heart (she used to intern for V Magazine), Cyk scores sick vintage finds from this hidden spot on East 9th Street in the East Village.

The first time I went to Cadillac's Castle, outside was a $20 dollar rack which quickly drew me in. My first purchase was a $20 Emporio Armani chiffon button down. How could I not go back? I'm a terrible vintage shopper and hate rummaging through overstocked racks of clothes, but this consignment store is super boutiquey and has a small curated collection of handpicked goods. Time and time again, I always score a beyond great deal. I recently nabbed a $90 two-tone beige Martin Margiela leather and cotton bomber jacket. And my latest was a $20 Cacherel blazer.
