After a temporary stint on Madison Avenue, Joe Fresh has decided to open up a permanent store in the home of its now-former pop-up shop. The Commercial Observer reports that the new space is roughly 10,000 square feet, and that the annual rent is a whopping $1.75 million.
For the record, the Madison Avenue location will be the brand's fourth Manhattan store. The other three include the Fifth Avenue flagship, which opened a few month ago, one in Flatiron, and one on 34th Street. And since Joe Mimran doesn't seem to be slowing down anytime soon, we have to wonder—where will the Canadian Invasion spread to next?
