Among other questions, the article asks: "On what other sand spit is one likely to happen across a bicyclist like Alex Hernandez, wearing a crisp white ribbed tank top and a pair of Bermuda shorts, with his hair neatly plaited into two Pocahontas braids, rolling past two beauties like Ryllisha Ogiura and Mimi Sorrels, bronzed and tattooed and carrying bright inflatable tubes bought at the dollar store?"
