If you were hoping for yet another backyard hangout full of hunky surfers and GQ models, you won't be getting it at the new Saturdays Surf location in the West Village, which unfortunately, won't have an outdoor area. However, Saturdays co-founder Morgan Collett assures WWD that the space is still open and airy nonetheless.
The store will open on Friday at 17 Perry Street, just in time for any last minute Father's Day gifts that involve surfboards or swim trunks. Inside, you'll also find Baxter of California grooming products, Vans sneakers, and Patagonia wet suits, along with the brand's summer appeal collection and bags by Porter X Saturdays. And of course, there will be espresso.
