LOFT's NYC Concept Store Opens Today with Giveaways

LOFT opens its first NYC concept store today. Like a little sister getting out from under big sister Ann Taylor's shadow, the brand has revamped its interior design, setting up the midtown space with what they're calling a boutique-style layout comprised of little "style closets." Each one is merchandised to give shoppers visual suggestions on what stripey tees or boho jewelry to pair with those white capri pants.

The LOFT team seems to be feeling pretty sweet on this new redesign, as every Friday this month they're celebrating with free gifts-with-purchase. Spend over $100, and you could walk away with a certificate for a Bliss Spa manicure or a Drybar blow-out, or a cute dip-dye clutch. Better yet, today's threshold is just $75. Not a bad deal if you needed to stock up on stripey tees and capri pants anyway.—Julie Chen
