The prettiest chain link fence on the Upper East Side has to be the one in the window of Reed Krakoff's Madison Avenue store. Created by Brooklyn-based sculptor Rachel Owens, the installation is the first in a new series of window art from the luxury brand. It'll stay up through June 27.
