Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.
This is what the Metropolitan Museum of Art's red carpet looked like at 10am today before being primped and styled for tonight's Costume Institute Gala. Later tonight, if you want to see it laid out in all its glory—not to mention all the Hollywood and fashion elite who will be walking on it—then you're in luck. For the first time ever, the entire red carpet will be live-streamed on Vogue.com, Amazon.com/Fashion, and of course Metmuseum.org. Tune in from 6:30 to 8:30pm to see who wears what, and don't forget to follow along with our constantly-updated gallery of looks. We'll also be live-pinning some of our favorites over on our Pinterest page.
