Kodi, the five-year-old Havanese that inhabits Sugar Cookies in Chelsea, regularly gives business a boost. Susanne, the store's owner, says he's in the store more than she is, and people come in and ask for him by name. The lingerie spot sees lots of women with boyfriends or husbands in tow, and Kodi acts as a source of entertainment while they wait. Warning: Kodi does have a bit of a foot fetish, and he's been known to occasionally sneak in the dressing room and steal customer's socks.—Jamie Cooper
