35 Wall Street via Loopnet
According to Lois Weiss at the New York Post, Brooks Brothers is close to signing a lease for 7,000 square feet across two floors at 35 Wall Street. The building is linked to 15 Broad Street, home of Hermès, and it sits next door 37 Wall Street, home of Tiffany.
Writes Weiss: "The Brooks Brothers deal would be the first high-profile retailer to sign a lease since last year’s Occupy Wall Street protesters caused the Kosher Milk Street Café at 40 Wall to fail." No word on what this means for the existing Brooks Brothers just a few blocks away at One Liberty Plaza.
