If you're looking for great deals on men or women's denim and graphic tees, don't miss Rogan's sample sale, which also features Loomstate and runs through Thursday on the Bowery. Everything from colorful graphic tees to light jackets can be found on hangers and in bins lining the store, with prices listed on signs hanging above every rack.

Rogan dresses are going for $45, tops for $25, sweaters for $40, and jackets for $60. A great variety of graphic tees is priced at $12 each. In spirit of the new spring trend, Rogan women's jeans come in an array of bright colors and are neatly arranged in the center of the store. A variety of Rogan brand men's jeans are also featured in various shades of blue, gray and darker browns. Denim is $60, pants are $40, and shorts go for $30.

Loomstate dominates women's selection, with prices at $60 for denim (although previously mentioned to be $40), pants at $40, casual tees for just $10, dresses at $35, tops and sweaters for $25, and jackets for $40. All shorts are listed for $30, including great knit shorts that we spotted in both cream and dark navy.

The sale itself is well organized, with graphic tees for men and women packed in labelled boxes that line the sides of the store. Although clothing has been flying off the racks all morning and afternoon, the small-sized store isn't too crowded, and it's easy to navigate thanks to the helpful staff. We're told that they'll be restocking tonight with more of both Rogan and Loomstate, and that prices will most likely drop around Thursday evening.—Tanya Loss
