Good news, expecting Manhattan moms and those who like TV shows about them: Rosie Pope and her Bravo show, Pregnant in Heels, are coming back for a second season—and it's premiering tonight! Since Pope tends to talk pretty candidly about pregnancy-related issues, she hinted at a few things we can expect from season two.

They include, but are definitely not limited to a woman who would like to have an orgasmic birth (who wouldn't, if that's an option?), a pregnant woman who plans to buy milk from a breast-milk bank, and things about placenta-eating. Not to be outdone by those people, Pope, who just had her third child, says that by the season's end she becomes her own client. "I definitely berate my clients for not being prepared, so you would think I'd be the ultimate prepared person, but not at all." To refresh, preparation in season one included a couture birthing gown.
