This Time Around, the Manolo Blahnik Sale Is Twice As Long

The biannual Manolo Blahnik sample sale kicks off this Thursday, heralding the full-blown return of sale season and making shoe fanatics across the city briefly lose their minds. And this time, the temporary insanity is going to last twice as long.

Usually, the sale takes over the Warwick Hotel for one day—or, more accurately, one afternoon, since the morning is reserved for VIPs. But this week's sale will run Thursday, May 3 from noon to 4pm and Friday, May 4 from 9am to 2pm. As Madison Avenue Spy points out, that probably means there's going to be more stock than in previous years.
